PLEASE READ!  Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of check-in, we will transfer the deposit to a new reservation (one without a deposit) within the same calendar year.  “No Shows” (no notice of cancellation) are NOT eligible for transfers and deposit is lost.
